I am a practicing physician in Internal Medicine and have been in practice for 38 years. I have been Medical Director of GrayBrier ever since they opened in 1990. I have a large Geriatric practice and now spend a large portion of my active practice doing Long Term Care Medicine. I attended The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg as a Undergraduate and went to Medical School at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, graduating in 1967. I am a member of the American College of Physicians, the NC Medical Society, the American Medical Directors Association, and was Medical Director of Hospice of Randolph County for 26 years until January 2011. I am on the active staff of Randolph Hospital in Asheboro and have been since 1973. I am proud of serving in the capacity of Medical Director of GrayBrier and being a part of the overall team effort of this facility in maintaining quality medical care of all our patients here.
