Food Production Supervisor

The GrayBrier is a family-owned/operated long term care facility with a stable history. We believe in long term commitments and are looking for someone who is looking for a career - not a job!

Due to promotions made from within the company, we are in need of a Food Production Supervisor. You must have experience in cooking and supervising staff members in a kitchen. Healthcare (specifically Long Term Care) food service experience is a plus! You also need to have knowledge of scheduling, placing food orders, and sanitation principles.

You must be dependable as you will be a leader within the kitchen and staff members will look to you as a role model.

Although the typical schedule for this position is Mon-Fri, 8-4:30 or so, you need to be flexible and prepared to help whenever and wherever needed! Teamwork is essential to your success.

This is a full time Administrative position that qualifies you to have access to our Benefits Package including Health, Dental, & Vision Ins. & PTO.

FT position with Admin. Authority/Responsibilities

M-F with on-call duties on some weekends

Housekeeping/Janitorial experience preferred with knowledge of floor care.
