"To Serve Our Community With Quality Health Care From Our Family to Yours"
The GrayBrier
Justin Percival
Assistant Administrator

Justin Percival is from Kernersville, NC where he was born and raised. After graduating from East Forsyth High School in 2004, he headed east to attend East Carolina University. He graduated from ECU in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Services Management. It is a unique situation of how his college Alma Mater has connected him with The GrayBrier family.

In 2010, the current Administrator of Record, Missy Lawver, and owners, Dick and Sarah Bennett, realized that the company needed to grow to achieve strategic goals. Upon this realization, Missy and GrayBrier owners, reached out to their beloved Alma Mater, ECU. Working with the head of the Health Services Management department, The GrayBrier made known that they were looking for a young and energetic graduate interested in joining their team. Justin was selected from the family of Administrators to train and become the future Administrator of The GrayBrier.

Justin received his Nursing Home Administrators License in February and was promoted as the Assistant Administrator of the GrayBrier. Justin will assist Missy in the day-to-day operations of the facility. He will stay in this capacity until the end of December 2012; Justin will then be promoted as the Administrator of the GrayBrier.

Justin is an avid outdoorsman; he enjoys any activity outdoors, especially around water. Duck hunting and fishing are two of his favorite activities. He also enjoys staying active and traveling. He is a committee member of High Point Ducks Unlimited; Justin is part of a group of young men who are restarting the previously dissolved chapter for the High Point area. He volunteers his time for DU and other organizations to make a difference in local habitat and people’s lives.
