Pam has been a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM,CFPP) for 12 years. She earned her certification from The University of North Dakota.  Pam has worked in long term care industry for 15 years at The GrayBrier, Shannon Gray’s sister facility. Pam’s primary duty is the nutritional well-being of the residents; carefully tracking the resident's diet, weight and supplements to ensure proper calorie, protein and fluids are being provided. Pam also advises Dietary Manger in all areas within Dietary Department to ensure that food is prepared in a home-style manner, as regulations will allow and served in a safe sanitary manner. She credits her knowledge from all the experiences she received as she grew into her current position.  Pam enjoys working with the senior community, they always have the best stories.
